These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Macaubet ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible via https://macaubet.cam. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the Macaubet platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotional features, or any other services offered therein — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

To be eligible to open and maintain a Macaubet account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Macaubet enforces a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with responsible gambling best practices applicable to casino-style and sports betting platforms.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another active or suspended Macaubet account.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not employed by, or related to an employee of, Macaubet or any of its affiliated gaming software providers, in circumstances that would constitute a conflict of interest.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under any form of duress, coercion, or addiction-driven compulsion without access to support resources.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Process

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, Macaubet is required to verify your identity in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling standards. KYC verification typically requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport);
• Proof of ownership of your nominated payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your registered Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost account showing your name and phone number);
• Proof of residential address where requested (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months).

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Macaubet will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your account security.

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Macaubet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX instant bank transfer, and direct bank transfer from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), and Ethereum (ETH). The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified in a promotion.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified prior to the processing of any withdrawal;
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied in full;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your daily or weekly withdrawal limit applicable to your account tier;
• Funds must be returned to the same payment channel used for the original deposit, where technically possible;
• Your account must be in good standing with no open disputes, pending verifications, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5.3 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take between one and three business hours. Cryptocurrency payouts are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically between 15 and 60 minutes. Macaubet does not guarantee processing times where delays are caused by the payment provider or financial institution.

Macaubet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are issued at Macaubet's sole discretion and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice;
• A player may only claim a specific welcome bonus once. Duplicate account registrations to claim additional bonuses constitute fraud;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion (typically 14–30 days from activation);
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• Macaubet reserves the right to reverse any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or coordinated exploitation.

6.2 Wagering Contribution

Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports betting wagers at specified odds ranges. Full contribution tables are available within each promotion's individual terms.

All bets placed on the Macaubet platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system and a transaction reference is generated;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game type and are displayed within the relevant game or market;
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where an in-play cash-out feature is explicitly available and activated;
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or incorrect price display, Macaubet reserves the right to void bets placed under erroneous conditions. Affected players will be notified and deposits refunded;
• Macaubet reserves the right to delay or refuse payment on any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, use of insider information, or coordinated fraudulent wagering.

Sport-specific rules (e.g., rules governing void bets due to player withdrawals, weather delays, or event cancellations) are published within the Sports Betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Macaubet platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any game mechanic;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or information sharing intended to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds;
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing inaccuracies for financial gain;
• Engaging in charge-back fraud or knowingly disputing legitimate transactions with your financial institution;
• Sharing your account with any third party or allowing a third party to use your credentials;
• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

All content on the Macaubet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, data structures, and user interface design ("Content"), is the exclusive property of Macaubet or its licensed content and software providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Content without the prior written consent of Macaubet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Macaubet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of earnings, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures caused by factors outside Macaubet's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages;
• Financial losses resulting from your own gambling decisions.

Macaubet's total cumulative liability to any individual player, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by Macaubet's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.1 Macaubet-Initiated Closure

Macaubet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, verified fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or access from a prohibited jurisdiction.

11.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Any remaining balance after verification of outstanding wagering requirements will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion request are subject to the Responsible Gambling procedures described in Clause 12.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with a positive balance may be classified as dormant. Macaubet reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of up to RM 10 per month on dormant account balances. Players are encouraged to contact support to reactivate a dormant account or withdraw their balance at any time.

Macaubet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Macaubet platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek resolution informally. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage.

In the event that informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be escalated through the platform's formal complaints procedure. Written complaints should be submitted via the support email address listed under Clause 15. Macaubet will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in this clause shall limit any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer in your applicable jurisdiction.

Macaubet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or a platform notification.

Your continued use of the Macaubet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
